I am thrilled to write about my recent professional achievement of passing the Wine & Spirits Education Trust's Level III Spirits exam - With Distinction! After several long months of studying, I sat for the exam in September of 2023.
We spent several days reviewing blind tastings and the nuances of different still designs before sitting for the exam. The day came and I can say -- the exam was as challenging as everyone says it is!
I felt immense gratitude and excitement when I received word of my results a few months later - I passed both the written portion and the tasting portions with Distinction, earning an overall mark of Passed with Distinction.
This has been my proudest professional accomplishment to date, and I look forward to continuing to grow my wine & spirits knowlege!
